SITE SUBMISSION CRITERIA

Do you have a lot, station, or property you want to sell to Refuel? Gather the following information and submit a Site Submission Survey. One of our Real Estate team members will reach out to you.

Site Selection Criteria

Minimum Traffic Count of at least 25,000 vehicles per day having access to site

Lot size of approximately 2 acres standard Forecourt, 4-5 acres for segregated Diesel.

Building size of approximately 4,800 square feet Parking for 25-30 cars

Accommodates 8 multiproduct fuel dispensers (MPDs)

Adequate nearby residential & commercial population to support retail sales at proposed location

Ideal Freestanding Location

Corner location at signalized intersection

Signalized “T” intersections may be considered

Out-parcels and pads of shopping centers or portions of master/mixed developments

Visibility must be good at the posted speed limit, from each approaching direction of travel

Frontage must be adequate to permit convenient and safe access to site 

*Zoning: Refuel prefers properties that are zoned to permit use and operation by right gasoline sales 24 hours.

Refuel may consider properties, which require zoning relief (such as special exception, CUP, variance or re-zoning), on a case-by-case basis, depending on the local jurisdiction with additional DD time.
