MONEY ORDER REFUND REQUEST

Double Quick will promptly place a stop payment on the money order and issue a refund check within 7-10 business days. The refund check will be mailed to the address you provide.
You must upload a copy of the money order for a refund to be issued.
If the money order date exceeds 90 days old, the refundable amount may vary due to depreciation.

Double Quick will place a “stop payment” on any refunded money orders. Refunds will not be processed until 48 hours of no activity following the stop payment. Double Quick will validate if the money order number agrees with the issuance date and amount. Any mismatch between information contained on this form, the money order, and Double Quick’s registry will result in your request being rejected. By executing below, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the waiver and the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Your exclusive and maximum remedy against Refuel Operating Company, LLC (dba Double Quick) is a refund of the transfer amount plus any refundable transfer fees charged by Refuel Operating Company, LLC. No other remedy is available to you, including, but not limited to any remedy for incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages. We will not be liable to you: (a) for any delays or mistakes, or any claims, losses, or damages, resulting from any circumstances beyond our control, including, without limitation, acts of governmental authorities, national emergencies, insurrection, war, or riots, (b) for any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your failure to comply with these terms, communication system failures, or failures or mistakes in the information you provide; (c) if we are unable to complete a refund because you have failed to provide complete, verifiable, and adequate information; (d) if you did not follow the refund instructions properly; (e) if you did not provide us with correct, complete or timely information; or (f) any delays or losses in the postal service.
